Catun 5 is 4,8 meters long x 4 meters wide, for a total interior area of 14,4 square meters. It’s the smallest of the standard configurations, but is a spacious living room in the garden – when you want both the view and the privacy).

Catun 7 is 7.2 meters long, for a total of 30 sqm (ground floor and loft). It’s a home for two (or 2 and a little one) – with living space, sleeping loft, kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor terrace.
When the little one becomes bigger, you can upgrade Catun 5 to Catun 7 by adding two more modules at a very affordable cost, with surprising ease for “let’s add a room” project.

You don’t need a typical concrete slab / foundation. If for whatever reason you don’t choose the helical pillar foundation, Catun 7 can be placed on the same number of small concrete blocks (strong attachment necessary).
30 square meters for the floor and the loft. A 2+2 hotel room, with enough space for a king-size bed and a king-size mattress in the loft, directly under the stars.
